- Payment Payment is by bank transfer or cash, whichever suits you. Bank transfer details are provided on booking. Payment is due 24 hours before the session starts.
- Concessions I believe good therapy should be accessible. If the standard fee is a genuine barrier, please say so when you get in touch. Concessions are considered on an individual basis and discussed in confidence.
- Free Consultation The initial 20-minute telephone consultation is always free. No obligation, no commitment, just a conversation.
- Invoices Invoices are always sent unless specified otherwise.
Cancellation policy

Some of it, anyway.
I ask for 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. I completely understand that life can be unpredictable and I will always take your circumstances into consideration.
Illness, family emergencies, a genuine crisis — these things happen and I am not going to charge you for being human.
However, cancelling because you forgot, because something better came up, or because last night caught up with you rather more than expected this morning — that is a different story entirely. In those cases the full session fee applies. Your hangover is your own adventure.
If you are unsure whether your reason qualifies, just be honest with me. I am much more likely to be flexible with someone who communicates than someone who simply does not show up.
